SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges only on products that are damaged or incorrect products! Products must be in the same condition it was recieved. We don't accept melted body butter back after 3 days of purchase. Please make sure when you order body butter that you keep it in a cool and dry place. Body butter is made with organic oils and butters it will melt in warm areas. You can exchange merchandise within 10 days of the receipt of purchase. We only offer full refunds within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days, only an exchange will be given. Once item(s) has been returned and inspected a store credit for item will be issued. Most of our items are limited quantities, so we may sell out of the exchanged item(s). If this happens, we will notify you via email. Once this situation occurs, you can choose another item of your choice for the same value from our site. You can be issued a coupon code, for the store credit towards your next purchase on our site if you can't find anything on our site. After 10 days, exchanges will not be considered for an exchange.
Please allow 5-10 days to process your order at this time. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FEDEX.
